This is King Toto. He rules over the entire household and the portion of the yard up to the electric fence. Requires cuddles every 6 minutes and an hourly PB & J cut diagonally with no crust. If these things do not happen he will enact policy changes that seem insignificant at first but eventually cost you dearly
